Concerns such as a string of digits similar to a social security number (xxx-xx-xxxx) will be recognized along with other regular expressions, or you may establish unique settings, specific to your account numbers, intellectual property or anything you consider confidential. You can also set up "safe recipients" or email routing to complement your workflow.
